If not taken previously, students must take the equivalent of SPAN 207 and 208 while abroad. Students should also take a culture and civilization course sequence equivalent to SPAN 354 (3 semester hours), a SPAN literature course equivalent to 3 semester hours, and a physical education/physical activity course.
