Reports to the President

Membership:

Three faculty members appointed by the University Senate, three administrators and one Board member appointed by the university president. The chair shall be appointed annually by the president from among the members of the committee. The members will serve three-year staggered, non-renewable terms (eligible for another term after a one-year hiatus,)
