University President, chair; Presidents Cabinet with vice president for Financial Administration, alternate chair; director of Marketing and University Relations (or designee), secretary; one associate vice president for Financial Administration, director of Campus Safety (or designee), director of Risk Management, executive Information technology, vice president for Enrollment Management 

 AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Authority to Act:

  1.         Reviews and implements the Crisis Management Plan.
  2.         Makes Strategic decisions during a crisis.
  3.         Reviews information and analyzes conditions through the university that warrant a change to the Crisis Management Plan.
  4.         Allocates and directs distribution of resources during a crisis.
