In order to provide an integrated marketing and branding approach, all advertising and marketing plans and materials shall be developed in consultation and collaboration with Marketing and University Relations. If additional resources are needed, such as outsourcing of research, marketing and collateral material, or the hiring of contract marketers, the arrangements must be made by Marketing and University Relations.  Recruitment plans shall be developed in consultation with Enrollment Management.
