Financial assistance from the university in obtaining an employment visa must be approved by the Human Resources Committee and is for faculty and salaried employees only. Other than attorney’s fees, the cost of obtaining permanent residence in the United States is the responsibility of the employee. Any exception to this policy must be approved by Administrative Council.
