Description

This course introduces scientific data analysis in the social sciences. Students will be introduced to descriptive and inferential statistics, along with some basic research design. Key topics range from central tendencies and probability to parametric tests (t-tests, ANOVAs, regression, etc.). Students will be introduced to computer-aided data analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences).
