Description
This course examines the purposes, organization, and administration of educational programs and institutions, as well as the structure and governance of school systems, and the conceptual foundations of instructional leadership. Special emphasis is given to servant leadership, diversity, the impact of technology on the modern school, the Biblical foundations of administration, spiritual dynamics within the organization and with the broader community, and the distinctive philosophy and mission of Christian educational programs. This includes completing a position paper.
