This course is designed to provide skills in identifying the attributes of real estate that lead to successful development. It will emphasis site selection, through physical inspections looking at topography, hydrology and orientation to the sun, research of prior ownership and use, research on zoning ordinances. This course will also develop skills in acquisition financing, development and sale of the completed property.
