This elective class gives the opportunity for mission experience in a developing country or home mission area for the purpose of meeting physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Opportunities are available to work collaboratively with students of other disciplines in intraprofessional outreach utilizing the knowledge and skills of each respective major. A reflection paper identifying both group and discipline-specific opportunities and contributions made on the mission trip will be turned in at the conclusion of the trip and will be assessed by the professor. This course may be repeated for credit.
