Description
Clinical practicum that promotes application of theoretical concepts and development of skills in primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention in infants, children, and adolescents including the diagnosis and therapeutic management of common acute and chronic health problems. Includes a minimum of 100 hours of clinical practice. May be used in combination with adult practicum courses to fulfill practicum requirements for FNP emphasis.
