A study of music teaching-learning methods, materials and strategies for 9-12 students. Theories and practices in secondary school music, attention to music administration, discipline, curricular developments in music education, evaluation procedures appropriate to the music classroom. The course will include a survey of age-appropriate choral and instrumental repertories. Observation of classroom teaching is required.
