Description
A practical, as well as a theoretical, approach is taken for the potential investor of institutional or personal funds through the use of problems, readings, and cases. Topics covered will include stocks and bonds in the security market, real estate, and fixed equipment investments. This course is cross-listed with FNCE 555. A student may receive credit for this course from only one program.
