This course is designed for Seventh-day Adventist in-service teachers. The course will focus on curriculum standards, as well as methods and materials of planning, instruction, and evaluating student performance in religion/Bible classes in the secondary school setting. An emphasis on the development of a repertoire of strategies that enhance student outcomes and engagement, with a focus on brain based learning techniques, will accompany the study of adolescent developmental needs and spiritual formation.
