This course is designed from a biblical Christian worldview for Seventh-day Adventist in-service teachers and will focus on enhancing learning at the secondary level. Curriculum planning, research-based active teaching and learning strategies, along with current issues in secondary education: technology and diversity will be emphasized. Participants will develop and evaluate North American Division (NAD) standards-based instructional units, analyze curricular materials, and develop measurable learning outcomes supported by feedback and assessment plans developed for use in secondary classrooms.
