This course will introduce students to the concepts and methods of critical thinking, particularly those used in the empirical sciences. We will practice these methods by evaluating prominent issues that affect our everyday life. The course is designed to be a practical course where students learn through projects, activities, and not formal lecture. The course will meet once a week for three hours over five weeks.
