This course focuses on post-production audio. Integrating visual design with sound theory, students will employ professional digital audio tools in the areas of sound editing, processing, and mixing.Course content covers sound FX, ambience, foley, ADR, EQ, compression, time effects, noise reduction, mixing techniques, and mastering. Students will also record original audio, with both in-studio and on-set recording opportunities. Three hour lecture.
