In this course students focus on conceptual design as the foundation for editorial expression. The development of page structure is emphasized as the method for effectively interweaving the use word and image in multi-page publications. Students learn to balance editorial aesthetics, production considerations, and publication time constraints as they produce a series of multiple page projects.
