This course focuses intensively on maturing leadership abilities. Enrolled students will serve as mentors/tutors to novice/beginner students, and hold regular production leadership meetings. Students will acquire and develop skills for self-directed work. Individual research and inquiry will fuel progress in a selected discipline. Advanced coursework will drive mastery in the student's chosen path.
