This course is a continued study of the Federal tax system. The primary emphasis is the Federal income tax as it applies to for-profit and not-for-profit entities other than individuals. A study of other Federal taxes is included. A student may receive credit for this course from only one program. This course is cross-listed with ACCT 457 in the BBA program.
