This course is primarily a study of generally accepted auditing standards promulgated by various standard-setting bodies. It includes a study of the AICPA code of professional ethics, audit planning, and audit procedures. It also includes a consideration of various attest and other quasi-audit services. This course is cross-listed with ACCT 452 in the BBA program. A student may receive credit for this course from only one program.
