Continuing clinical practicum experience that promotes competence for entry into the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner role. The student will develop advanced practice knowledge and skills in providing competent care and managing chronic and acute psychiatric disorders and mental health problems. Includes a minimum of 250 hours of clinical practice.
