A continued study in the calculated analysis of forces acting on a structure in equilibrium and the reactive structural behavior to those forces. Topics covered may include, but not be limited to: stress and strain, torsion, shear forces, bending moments, deflection. Design calculations will be considered for beams, columns, and connections with consideration given based on the properties of different materials.
